How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days in the US. If your item(s) are backordered you will be contacted with an estimated ship date.
You will be notified of your shipment to the email address used at check-out. It will include the ship date and tracking information.
We are unable to ship expedited or rush deliveries.

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
Most orders will be shipped by UPS ground. If the weight of an individual item exceeds UPS weight and dimension guidelines, your order will ship with an LTL carrier. For these shipments you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO addresses, but we can ship to any physical street address within the US. As you check-out, please verify the shipping information is correct, as we are unable to make changes to an address after payment confirmation.
Can I ship items ordered from affinity.stanleyblackanddecker.com internationally?
No, we only ship to areas that are serviceable by UPS. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
