Designed with a handle that locks in place to prevent it from opening during use, this tool also features a steel strike cap for durability. This tool provides the feature of a patent-pending gear design which prevents either side of the handle from opening independently of each other. It offers a hardened, tempered high carbon steel blade for edge retention,and the lacquered blade resists corrosion - and the blade folds back into handle for storage.
